London Excellence is a not-for-profit organisation whose vision is of a flourishing community of excellence embracing organisations of all sizes, from all sectors regardless of geography.

We connect people who want to share good practice. Our ethos is as simple as 1-2-3:

     1   Nurturing a strong community of people committed to raising performance
     2   Peer learning through the sharing of good practice and materials that facilitate review and improvement

 Holly Baker, Chairman
 
Holly brings a powerful combination of skills, having many years experience with the business improvement team at AWE supported by a background in accountancy.   Holly has been a champion of London Excellence for several years and we are delighted that she has agreed to join us on the Board.

With a background in environmental science, engineering and OR, Rose has been involved with the Excellence Model since its introduction into the UK in 1993.   Whilst working for British Gas, Rose trained as an assessor for the first UK Quality Award in 1994 before being involved with the formation of London Excellence.   Rose is a Chartered Quality Professional, a member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and a fellow of the RSA.

 



Genevieve Glover, Director

 
Genevieve Glover is Executive Director, HR for AEG Europe responsible for the development and deployment of the HR and Training strategies for the various businesses within the Group. This includes The O2 and businesses within the music, sport and investment sectors. Genevieve is also Chairman of Thames Clippers, a majority owned AEG business.

In addition, Genevieve maintains responsibility for AEG’s CSR and Customer Service strategies. Genevieve has been involved as Assessor and then Judge for London Excellence since 2005/6 and was a finalist herself in the UK Quality Leader of the Year Award 2008. 



Dave Rogers, Director

Dave is Head of Quality for Telefonica O2 Europe plc and O2 UK

His key responsibilities are to maintain registration to International and National Standards and Codes of Practice as well as providing QA consultancy across all group activities.  Dave is well qualified in the quality and excellence arena being a Lead Assessor for many quality standards as well as assessing against the EFQM Excellence Model.

He has professional membership of a wide range of organisations, not least the British Mountaineering Federation and the Alpine Club, liking nothing more than to sneak off, high altitude mountaineering / skiing or helping mountain rescue teams to introduce new techniques and developments.

Clive Barker, Director

Clive fulfils a wide range of roles.  As the founder and Chairman of CSB Logistics he has many years experience leading and managing an SME in the construction logistics sector. 

Clive also has a passion for education and holds a variety of roles in this area.
