To enter our themed awards you must:

  1)   Register your entry by completing the 1-page registration form (by 1st March 2013)

  2)   Complete the relevant proforma for the category you are entering (by 2nd April 2013)
         (All proformae can be downloaded to the left of this page or click on the links above for each category)

  3)  Optional:  create a 2 minute video to complement your proforma
        (corporate glossies are not required!  An i-phone style video is expected)

  4)  Be ready to make a presentation to our Judges in June if you are successfully shortlisted.
